Meet Rosanne
Rosanne Austin is the leading mindset coach for women ready to end their struggle with fertility and be a Mom.
I help women get pregnant.
Your doctor and other fertility experts are there to take care of your body—my work is all about the most powerful resource you have…your mind.
The mind-body connection is undeniable. It’s the intangible x-factor. Women who are serious about becoming Moms, leverage it like their hair is on fire.
I say this with zero hesitation, because I am one of them.
I struggled with fertility for years while I was the lead trial attorney in a specialized prosecution team in California.
As a lovably Type-A, over achieving, certainty-obsessed, go-getter, not only did I approach trying to conceive with the steely eyed focus of an olympic athlete, I made it an f-ing lifestyle.
I went from tracking my basal body temperature and ovulation with the precision of a lunar landing, to countless rounds of IUI, IVF, and FET at one of the top ten teaching hospitals in the country.
There wasn’t anything I wouldn’t do:
- Extreme, puritanically clean, gluten-free, dairy-free, joy-free fertility diets…
- Driving hundreds of miles every week to my “celebrity” acupuncturist…
- Mayan abdominal massage…
- Vaginal steam baths…
- Body scans by a medical intuitive…
- Scavenger hunts through San Francisco’s China Town for miracle cures…
- Boiling black chickens for their “healing” broth…
- Sleeping with an African fertility doll under my bed (for seven years)…
- I was whispered to by a healing “saint…”
- I meditated…
- I did yoga…
- I chanted…
- I prayed…
I was EXHAUSTED.
…And, still no baby.
I beat myself up ruthlessly. I felt worthless, ashamed, jealous, and alone. Pregnancy announcements and baby shower invitations made my social media feed a minefield.
I agonized over being the reason why my husband would never experience fatherhood.
As an educated, professional woman, I was used to working hard and overcoming obstacles, but for the first time in my life, it seemed like no matter what I did, I was failing miserably.
On the outside it looked like I was holding it together, but with each month that passed, every “failed” treatment and every setback, I felt consumed with negativity, fear, and doubt.
Tormented by statistics, everyone else’s opinions, and being called “old” at 37, I was reduced to a brittle, insecure, anxiety-ridden mess.
I almost gave up on being a Mom.
Then it dawned on me.
the one toxic thing left polluting my fertility journey was…
my mindset.
All of my attention had been focused on my body—but, I was not taking care my mind.
The intense stress was undermining all the good I was trying to do in the name of conceiving—I could feel what it was doing to my body…you know, that tightness in your chest and pit in your stomach…that!
I made the decision I wasn’t going let my negative thoughts and beliefs sabotage my dreams.
I tried the DIY thing. Half-hearted attempts at “positive thinking,” random blog posts, self-help books, and inspiring quotes alone, just weren’t cutting it. They failed to give me the unshakable confidence and CERTAINTY I craved.
Therefore, I did what any intelligent, high-achieving woman committed to success would do—I hired a coach. (Think Oprah, Venus, Serena, Taylor…you get the picture.)
Within weeks of transforming what I thought and believed about myself and this journey, I was pregnant.
How do I know mindset is the reason for my first miracle pregnancy? As you read above, I tried everything else.
It was irrefutable that one important thing was dramatically different. Me.
What happened transformed my life to such a degree that I left my work as a state prosecutor, so I could coach and mentor women across the globe to do the same.
I used mindset to get pregnant naturally and have my son at 43.
I teach my clients how to make the seemingly impossible...
