Love, if you are anything like I was on my journey, after months and years on an uber restrictive, Puritanically clean fertility diet, I developed a love-hate relationship with food.
I lived in abject terror that if I deviated from the confines of the draconian, confusing, and at times contradictory regime I was given, I would torpedo my fertility.
I believe living under that insane pressure did more to fuck with my fertility, than my love of unpasteurized French cheeses and WINE ever did!
With the holidays right around the corner, it’s time to empower YOURSELF to get out of a fear-based relationship with food, so you can fucking enjoy living again.
Vitamin J (for joy) is powerful medicine baby!
That’s why in this week’s XL Episode of the Fearlessly Fertile Podcast, I’m going to introduce you to the man who was an absolute GODSEND on my fertility journey–Andy Mayhew.
With Andy’s help, I reclaimed my passionate love for food WHILE supporting my fertility. He even helped me become 100% confident I was feeding Asher wisely during my beat-the-odds pregnancy.
He will share some of that goodness with you!

Out Your Fertility Food Hang Ups.
Listen to my interview with Andy Mayhew closely–twice if you have to!
Get crystal clear on the ways that you are letting FEAR rob you of joy when it comes to food. We can get so rigid on this journey about our food that it makes us not only hard to live with, but it STEALS the fun out of our interactions with the people and things we love.
An empowered woman consults experts, BUT always trusts HERSELF first. What is the relationship YOU CHOOSE to have with food on this journey? Love you enough to ask! xoxo
