Feeling like a prisoner to fear and anxiety?

It’s time to set your intention for the week.

I spent so many years of my life living in fear.

Fear of what people thought.

Fear that I wasn’t good enough.

Fear that all the worst thoughts I had about myself were true.

And, fear that I would live a life of regret, if I didn’t have my baby.

Living that way was the most “expensive” thing I did.

It literally and figuratively put time and distance between Asher and I.

When I started living in celebration of the woman I truly am and living life according to my desires, I began shining a light so bright my boy found his way home.

Set the intention that this is the week you will break free from your self-imposed prison of fear and anxiety.

You were meant to be a Mama. Start living like it. The most amazing things happen when you do.
