Got regret? Use this recipe

Do you ever find yourself stuck in a cycle of “coulda, woulda, shoulda?”

Are you now, more than ever, wishing you could wave a wand and change the past?

Been there. Felt that.

I wasted years on my fertility journey wallowing in regret, lamenting my “imperfection,” second-guessing every choice I made, and crucifying myself for “failures.”

Being stuck in that thought cycle is like road-rash for the soul.

Without an intelligent strategy, regret is a pointless waste of time that will brittle your heart, damn you to a life of squeak-by mediocrity, and render your body a stressed-out, low-vibe, hostile environment.

If you are actually committed to success on this journey, you must learn to use regret to your advantage.

Here’s my recipe for getting smart about regret:

  • Acknowledge your regrets–every gross one of them,
  • Identify the limiting belief(s) that caused them,
  • Transform the belief, and
  • Move forward.
  • Repeat as needed.

Regret is a life sentence only if you allow it to be.

My ladies are smart about regret.

They know “stuck” is a choice, so they learn from regret and use it to propel them forward on their beat-the-odds path to Mama-hood success.

Decide you will be one of them.

Change your mindset, change your results.

Will you let another year go by marred with regret?

Use your regrets to your advantage. Make a list of them and process them as outlined in the “recipe” above.

Stretch yourself! It’s about progress, not perfection.
