A Joyful Thanksgiving Through Self-Care On Your Fertility Journey
Ladies, you can run, but you can’t hide…it’s Thanksgiving week here in the States!
Whether you are serving dinner at home, or traveling to be with family and friends, this week can be an interesting mix of excitement, anticipation, great food, and of course a healthy serving of stress.
Far too often, taking care of YOU gets lost in the mix. Our intentions are primarily with being all we can for others. While there is certainly honor and generosity in that, it can come at a high price.
Rather than just doing things as you have always done them, why not create something truly special for you this year, by showing yourself the reverence and respect you deserve with some warm (and perhaps overdue) self-care?
On the fertility journey, we simply don’t have the luxury to overlook the power of self-care. It builds our confidence, improves our sense of well-being, and can impact our outcomes.
This gift that we give ourselves does not have to be overly time consuming or complicated. It can be as simple as pumpkin pie!
Even better? Because I love you, I have done much of the heavy lifting already! Even if you are not celebrating the holiday, these tools and tips are great to have in your back pocket anytime of the year.
