Ever feel like no matter what you do, you just can’t get unstuck from the negativity that seems to darken your path on this journey?
You might have fleeting moments of relief, but whispers of negativity are always lurking in the background.
If this describes where you are at to a capital “T,” I have a question for you:
Have you made the decision that you are not going to let negativity run the show, OR is it just a “nice to have?”
The operative word there is DECISION.
As a woman who let negativity dominate her journey for YEARS, I love you enough to give it to you straight:
Until you make the decision to overcome the negativity that is making you miserable on this journey, it-will-own-you.
If it is simply a “nice to have,” it will be just that…”a nice to have.”
This is part of the reason why no matter how many meditations you do, self-help books you read, and affirmations you say, negativity always comes knocking…and you let it run right in.
You’ve got to make overcoming your negativity a non-negotiable.
If you are anything like I was on my journey, there may be part of you that doubts whether you can overcome your negativity, because…That. Bitch. Is. Strong!
The TRUTH is you are stronger than your negativity habit. (Yes, it is a habit.)
Getting an education, building a career, investing in your personal and professional development, creating a partnership with the person you love, and every amazingly fantastic thing you have done as a go-getter, strong woman, who desires a great life… TAKES GUTS.
This is indisputable, tangible evidence that when you put your mind to something, you can make it happen.
Why would overcoming your negativity be any different?
You might be thinking, “Rosanne, I get what you are saying, but HOW the hell do I get there?”
But I don’t want you to worry about the HOW just yet…(that part is surprisingly simple!)
Let’s just focus on you making the decision that you are no longer available for letting negativity kick your ass like a mean girl from hell.
One step at a time!
Remember, it all starts with you making a DECISION.

Make a list of 25 reasons WHY it is important to YOU to stop being a Negative Nancy when it comes to your journey. Dig Deep. Hold nothing back.
Review your list Rosanne. In your list is what you stand to gain by making the decision. If you are still not persuaded, dig deeper.
Let your reasons support you in your DECISION.
Stretch yourself. Remember, it’s about progress, NOT perfection.
