Then, we go back to the boring, negative thinking that feels like crap…AND is doing nothing to help our fertility.

What does your negativity lead you to believe:
- About your “chances,”
- About the money you invest in becoming a Mom,
- About your body,
- About your “failures,”
- About your past,
- About your future,
- About YOU.
Write your answers out. Look at them. How does this make you feel?
