Are you a woman who keeps her word?
Who lives with integrity?
Who does what she says she is going to do?
Who is disgusted by liars and excuse makers?
The woman everyone looks to in order to get the job done?
If so, gold star for you. I’m proud of you.
Now, let’s up the ante…
Are you a woman who keeps the promises she makes to herself?
You know, like the promises you’ve made to stop beating yourself up?
To do something about your fear and uncertainty…finally?
To have a conversation that you’ve been putting off with your partner?
To give yourself permission to have what you need?
To set healthy boundaries?
To stop settling?
Are you being the woman who keeps her word to herself?
Well, are you?
I love you enough to bring this to your attention, because I know the pain that comes with being the “go-to, get it done-girl” for everyone else, but being a well-intentioned dead-beat when it came to myself.
That pattern kept me in fear, scarcity, lack, and uncertainty–none of which did a damn thing for my fertility, my wellbeing, my relationships, or my life.
Having coached and mentored women all over the world, my eyes are open to the fact that this is an epidemic– particularly for women on this journey.
Here’s the good news: you can turn this around in the blink of an eye.
Having real integrity, starts with the integrity you show yourself.
Make this your practice this week.
My miracle pregnancy and the miracles my clients manifest in their own lives are proof-positive of what happens when a woman keeps her word to herself.
My ladies make keeping their word a non-negotiable.
Decide you will be one of them.
Change your mindset, change your results.
Lots of love,
P.S. If you are finally ready to keep the promise to yourself that you will stop letting mindset stand between you and your miracle, Let’s talk. I am the coach women around the world trust to help them get there.
Intrigued? Here’s an exercise to take this to the next level…
Be the woman who follows through and keeps her word to HERSELF.
What do you keep putting off when it comes to YOU? Be honest. Rip off that Band-Aid and admit it.
Decide that this week you will: hire the coach, make the phone call, ask the question, raise your hand, speak your mind, buy the shoes, talk to your partner, and for the love of all things holy–end the excuses and keep your F-ing word to yourself.
Real integrity starts with YOU keeping your word to YOU.
Be that woman!
Transformation happens in your ACTION. Quit wishing and waiting.
Stretch yourself. Remember, it’s about progress, NOT perfection.
